We offer online consultation under health insurance for patients who visit us regularly for the same condition.
Using the app, you can be seen from anywhere via smartphone or computer.

The Online Consultation Process
Book online
Choose your preferred date and time from the calendar.
*First-time patients, please register with the app in advance.
Complete the web questionnaire
A link to the questionnaire is emailed to you as soon as your booking is complete. Please fill it in.
You will also be asked to upload your health insurance card and your medication record book or medication information sheet.
Online consultation
At your appointment time you will receive a call through the Digikar app. Tap the notification to start the video call.
*Please be somewhere your privacy is assured. Third parties may not be present, and recording is not permitted, without the doctor's consent. (For minors, a guardian's consent is required.)
Prescriptions
If you are being prescribed medication, we will message you through the chat function in the Digikar app.
If you want insured medication posted to you
The pharmacy will email you after the consultation. Use the link in that email for a video call with a pharmacist to receive your medication guidance online.
If you want to collect it at a pharmacy (available same day)
We fax the prescription to the pharmacy you registered. You will be notified in the Digikar app once it has been sent; bring your insurance card to collect it. (Please check the pharmacy's opening hours.)
For self-funded medication
It is posted directly to your home. Collection at a pharmacy is not available.

Download the Digikar app
The consultation uses the video call function of the Digikar app, so please download it.
Follow the instructions in the app to complete identity verification. Phone number authentication and entry of your personal details are required.
