An Important Notice Regarding Our Stem Cell Culture Supernatant

Thank you as always for choosing our clinic.

Our stem cell culture supernatant is never outsourced to other companies; it is manufactured in our own in-house lab or at our affiliated facilities.

Our lab has filed the required notification with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a specified cell-processing facility, and its facility standards conform to ISO 5, achieving Class 100 cleanliness — one of the top-level facilities in Japan.

Regarding our products as well, we conduct rigorous safety-standard testing on every lot at the time of shipment.

Our stem cell culture supernatant does contain exosomes, but what we focus on is that it also contains an abundance of growth factors with well-documented effects, rather than the exosomes themselves.

Stem cell culture supernatant has a large number of clinical cases in Japan, and there is a substantial body of research on its safety and effectiveness. It is possible to examine the quantity and distribution spectrum of growth factors in the culture supernatant, which allows us to apply it in treatment while predicting, to some extent, its usefulness to the human body.

Additionally, by using culture supernatant from baby-derived stem cells — sourced from umbilical cord blood, placenta, amniotic membrane, and dental pulp from deciduous tooth roots, where donor cells are considered unlikely to release exosomes carrying adverse information — we minimize the possibility that the exosomes in our culture supernatant contain any adverse information.

Going forward, we will continue to put safety and peace of mind first, and provide our patients with the highest standard of medical service.
